At the end of 12 weeks, you’ll golf with greater mobility, stronger balance, and improved flexibility—so you can play without pain, generate more power, and lower your scores.
Joint mobility is a case of “use it or lose it”. So, the more you ignore your joints and mask the pain, the worse it gets. Neglecting mobility and flexibility only makes movement worse over time, leading to more discomfort, potential injury, and playing less golf.
In my program, we establish a strong baseline of mobility before anything else. We learn why joint mobility matters, how it relates to not only the golf swing but how you move on a daily basis, and how to use mobility to swing freely and move with ease.
You HAVE to be able to balance in your golf swing. Balance plays a part in effective weight transfer and weight shift. Rarely will you find yourself on a completely even lie. You might feel even on the tee box, but even then, the grass might not be totally level. So, being able to independently load each leg is critical. This is where balance comes in. Plus, as we age, balance helps us prevent falls.
In my program, you learn not only why balance is important, but HOW to balance from the ground up and through your swing.
Working only the abs is not doing your golf game any good - you’ve got to have a balanced core with comprehensive strength. Without it, you may still have lower back issues, postural problems, lifting up in your swing, C-Posture, S-Posture, and so much more.
In my program, you’ll become familiar with and well-versed in comprehensive core strength and what it really means to train your core. You’ll learn how to address the core from all angles to help your body and your swing restore balance, strength, stability, speed, and power.
